Building off of the success of the 2011 Building a Grad Nation Summit, where more than 900 education, political, nonprofit, and corporate thought leaders came together to explore the issues surrounding improving the national high school graduation rate, the 2012 Summit will focus on the progress being made and the successes we're seeing in communities across the country. At the 2012 Summit, participants and presenters will share knowledge, create connections, and return to their communities and organizations armed with the tools they need to enhance their work on behalf of increasing high school graduation and college-going and success rates. Attendees will include a variety of stakeholders, such as the Alliance's 400+ national partners, foundations, policymakers at all levels, community delegations, business leaders, educators, practitioners, parents, young people and the news media.
